The Basroc Panel System comes with a 7-year warranty when installed and maintained as specified. For extended protection, applying a Basroc painted membrane finish increases coverage to 10 years. Simple Steps to Maintain Performance and
Warranty Coverage
To keep your Basroc Cladding System performing at its best and to maintain your warranty, we recommend cleaning it at least once a year in line with the Basroc Maintenance Guide. After each annual maintenance, complete and return the Basroc Maintenance Form to ensure your warranty stays valid. For more information, contact your local reseller or a Basroc Technical Representative.
Certification
Certify Your Installation and Protect Your Warranty
Once your Basroc System installation is complete, download and submit the CodeMark Certification Application Form for processing. We’ll issue a Certificate of Installation—essential for any future warranty claims. Installers must also keep proof of purchase as part of their warranty record.

The Basroc Panel System is a patented external wall cladding solution designed for residential and commercial buildings. Basroc contains no crystalline silica. Panels can be cut with a standard knife, no dust extraction, cutting bay, or mask required on-site. It keeps the worksite safer and simpler. No harmful dust, no extra gear, and no compliance issues related to silica exposure.
